-Petition Process:
1. Print and fill out the COLLEGE PETITION FORM
2. Print and have your professor (s) fill out the Late Withdrawal/Drop Request form

4. Make an appointment to meet with Dr. Johanson

After you get the SCORE for your Admission Exam (MCAT, DAT, etc) make sure you fill out the REQUEST FOR PRE-HEALTH PROFESSIONS COMMITTEE MEETING form in SE 234.
APPLICATION DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 14, 2007
Meet with your Faculty Advisor to complete a departmental audit first, then YOU MUST make an appointment in the Student Services Office 561-297-3700 (SE 234) to submit your application and do a final degree check
